Why should we buy a photobooth from rent photo booths.com?
We are the worlds ONLY seller of mobile portable photobooths. We guarantee the best pricing. Get an equivalent quote from a competitor and we'll beat it by 10%. Our fabric booth is $3000, the Stackable booth is $4000 and the panel booth is $5000. You can call us for a custom quote or email us too. We can do ANY custom design from a booth with 9 monitors, to networked wireless projectors to custom pink booths with company logos.
We have four different styles of photobooths.
1. We offer a two piece collapsible booth that is heavier duty. Total weight of this unit is around 140 pounds. It requires a large vehicle to transport it, either a large SUV, truck, mini van or van. It is more substantial, but still can be moved around by one normal adult male.1.
2. Light weight Collapsable panel sided photobooth. This unit breaks down into two boxes that are about 1x2x3' in size. Each box weighs around 55 pounds. Thus the total weight without the printer is around 110 pounds without the printer. Depending on the type of printer you get the printer weighs between 10 and 45 pounds. It comes with detachable wheels so that you can wheel it across anywhere. The computer section can fit into the back seat of any size car. The other box can typically fit in the trunk or if you have a roof rack can be put there. It is ideal for people that want a panel sided booth without having to upgrade the size of their car.
3. Fabric sided photobooth, weighs around 80 pounds total can fit into any normal sized car.
4. Stackable Photobooth. This Unit is composed of three "cubes. Each cube is about 20"x20" and 24" tall. Combined the 3 cubes are 6 feet tall and take up very little floor space. There is an optional panel set that collapses flat that can give the booth a closed off look. This unique booth is actually two photobooths in one. As it has two cameras and two computers. One booth can be taking pictures while the other plays a slide show. Or both can be used as photobooths providing twice the fun. In the double duty configuration. One booth is a sit down unit while the other one is an open air design.
There are also several custom booth we have made toward the bottom of this page.
Below each of the three styles are described with photos.

Above photo shows two piece photo booth with 6' tall person exiting it. Dimensions are approximately 6.5' tall by 40" wide by 5 feet long. Please note we can custom make any size. If you do not know what size you want than we recommend the above dimension which allow 3 grown ups to comfortably sit side by side in the booth. Also shown above is a gold mirror booth with white cover up white panels. That's right the gold booth and the white booth are the same machine just with panels inserted to change the appearance. Also above is an LED booth with six DJ LED panels in them that strobe to the beat of music. Awesome for night time events. Equally cool for weddings since the lights can be turned off, leaving you with a clean white booth with black trim.

This photo shows the back side of the booth with the panels removed. This photo is a bit out of date since we use All in ONE computer/monitor units now. Thus there is no computer tower at the bottom. This show the unit partially disassembled with out the curtains or back seating bench attached. The frame and paneling weights 75 pounds. Depending on the type of printer and LCD monitor used figure another 40 to 60 pounds of weight. The seating portion weighs 65 pounds. both Units have wheels for easy transportation.

This is an inside shot of the booth. Our picture quality is outstanding because we utilize a huge softbox that gives shadow free professional light. Clients preview their images on a big 17" monitor. We have updated the button to be an arcade style button.

Above shows a cutaway photo with the curtain removed so one can see the inside of the booth.

The bench inside the booth has a removable top so you can store props, paper and extra ink inside.

This is a slightly different version with panels around the seating area.
Below is the second type of booth we offer it is similar to the above booth but is lighter in weight since it breaks down and uses 1x1" aluminum tube. The benefit of this booth is that it is much more light weight, and can fit it a normal sized car once broken down. The draw back is that it takes longer to assemble the unit. Figgure 20 to 30 minutes.

Inside view of collapsable panel sided booth. Red button is for color Photos, white button is for black and white photos.

Depending on the printer used the print outs can either come out the middle section as shown above or they can come out of the bottom section of the booth.

This photo shows the insides of the collapsible panel booth. The large black section in the middle is a combo computer/monitor. Above is the digital camera. To the right is the printer stand. Printer is NOT shown in this photo but would fit on top of the stand. and photos fall to access hole below.

This shows the panel sided booth broken down into two boxes that are about 1x2x3' in size. Ontop of one box are the 5' long curtain rods. these can be hinged to fold flat, but we suggest leaving them as one piece. The small black box on top is a dye sublimation printer.

This is simply a close up of the hinge showing how the booth collapses.
Below are photos of our fabric booth, which is the lightest in weight of all three. We can make the fabric out of pretty much any color, but black is the most popular.

This is our portable curtain sided booth shown on the inside. Dimension is about 4x4' square and 7 feet tall.
Stackable Photobooth
The first photo shows the bottom section of the booth taken apart. the next photo below shows the unit totally disassembled with the two photobooth cubes sitting on top of the panels and curtains. 'the base unit has been disassembled and is on top of the two cubes. Each cube is about 2x2x2' in size and the panels are 6' long. As a customization we can also make the panels 3' long with connectors.

The three photos below show the unit with the panels disassembled and also a front and back view of the unit. Each Computer LCD screen is 17" big and as you can see there is a stand up booth and a sit down booth side. The LCD screens are photo-shopped on in these photos since the units were not on when they were photographed. The two cubes can also be rotated to be 90 degrees apart instead of the default 180 degrees apart.

The last four photos show various angles of the booth assembled with panels. The curtain rods are attached with four thumb bolts and the back side panels are hinged to easily fold together. Instead of having the back side totally paneled off the panels can come up just half way and a curtain can be put there instead allowing people OUTSIDE of the booth to stick there heads in for a photo or two. The sign can be custom made and have any type of lettering on it, even your company's logo or website.

Photo Booth sales FAQ
What makes your booths better than the competition?
Out booths have three main advantages:
1. They are portable and designed to be moved around. Most compeitor booths weigh 300 to 700 pounds and require a moving truck to get from location to location.
2. They use open designs meaning that nothing is proprietary. If you were to
accidently drop and break the printer you could buy another printer with out any
problems and be up and going within hours. Most competing photobooth
manufacturers require that you use their proprietary printer and what's even
worse is that they have a monopoly on the special paper and ink required so they
charge 3 to 4 times the street price for ink and paper So instead of paying 16
cents a sheet you wind up paying $.60 to $.80 a sheet. If you do a lot of events
this adds up to Thousands of dollars over the years.
Do you have different prices for different styles of booths?
Fabric booths start at $3000, panel booths start at $5000. We use refurbished
components so the components are not 100% new. We do this because it allows us
to use the same computer, camera and printer systems in our booth.
Can a person purchase the supplies for the booth from you?
No. You can buy them from places like below:
www.imagingspectrum.com
www.fotoclubinc.com
www.desktopdarkroom.com
www.inkjetart.com
I understand the standard booth comes with an economical photo inkjet
printer, that reqires the paper be reloaded around every 40 shots. How much
would a more expensive printer that can handle 200 or more sessions be?
The Sony UPCX1 printer is the best option. It normally costs $945 from places
like this:
http://www.imagingspectrum.com/Sony-UPCX1-Digital-Photo-Printer-UPCX1-pr-1878.html
but we can offer it at $800. We have other options that are less expensive
so give us a call to see what the best printer for your needs is.
Do you offer financing?
No but there are other companies that might be able to help you out. We
recommend checking out:

Why are your booths better than the competition?
Well we are much more price competitive than any other supplier. In fact if you
get a better price we'll meet or beat it by 10%. Our mobile photobooths are one
of a kind. The other competing company that does make mobile photobooths has a
price that is more than double ours. Also our "stationary" booths are modular.
The center curtain rod section can be
removed so that you are left with two rectangular units that are around the size
of two full size book case. These can be fit into a large SUV, mini van, cargo
van or even flatbed truck for easy trasportation. Also unlike other vendors even
our "stationary" photobooths are extremely light weight can be moved into ANY
facility, even ones that have steps. The entire booth weighs around 200 pounds
and when it is broken apart into two sections, one section weighs around 125
pounds and the other one is around 75 pounds. The pieces have wheels and can be
moved by one person.
For the stationary booths, what materials are they built out of?
Standard is 1.5" square aluminum frame with paneling. Our standard paneling is
plastic corrugated board, but we can also use sintra, alcubond or other
materials, which tend to cost more. We also have local distributors for
virtually ALL laminate materials, including Formica, Wilson Art, Nevermar and
others. Laminate is extremely durable but expensive at $2 to $3 per square foot.
What are your curtains made of?
Typically velour fabric, but we can use other materials that you specify.
Please download our general contract HERE and it will give you various upgrade options and pricing for buying one of our booths.
We also offer custom templates with our booth, Below are some samples:
